Tofu Masala

Tofu is known as bean curd and Scrambled Tofu tastes like scrambled eggs! This dish is Vegan, Gluten free & high in protein. Make this healthy and delicious recipe in 10 minutes .
Ingredients :
One pack of Extra Firm Tofu
One cup frozen peas
3 tablespoon @bebesallnatural Original Masala
Fresh chopped Coriander leaves for garnish.
1. Place Tofu on a flat surface between two paper towels under some weight to squeeze the water out
2. Mash Tofu into small coarse scrambled pieces  
3. Heat one to two tablespoon of oil in the pan  and add Cumin seeds.
4. Add washed frozen peas  & cook for 5 to 6 minutes  until soft .
5. Add  three tablespoon of @bebesallnatural Original Masala and scrambled Tofu. 
6. Mix well &  sauté  for 5 minutes till Tofu and peas mix well and absorb all the flavors .
7. Add fresh chopped Coriander leaves to garnish.
Note : Serve this dish with Naan , Roti , Prantha or
